🧘 Finding Stillness in Motion: Our New Vinyasa Flow Series

This month, Solara Wellness Studio launched its Stillness in Motion Vinyasa series—a gentle yet energizing flow designed to help you reconnect with your breath and body. Led by instructor Amira Patel, each session blends mindful movement with guided meditation, creating space for both strength and serenity.

“Vinyasa isn’t just about poses,” Amira says. “It’s about listening—to your breath, your thoughts, and the quiet between them.” Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday evening. Mats, bolsters, and herbal tea provided.
